JAC Group will celebrate its 50th anniversary

In May 2025, JAC Group will celebrate its 50th anniversary.
As we approach this milestone, we would like to thank you all for your continued support and patronage.

JAC Recruitment started in the UK in 1975 as the recruitment arm of the Tazaki Group, the predecessor to JAC Group.
Since then, we have constantly challenged and reformed ourselves to meet the needs of our clients, growing and evolving with each new challenge.

At the time of our founding, Japanese companies, particularly in the financial sector, were beginning to expand their business globally, and we have expanded our business by responding to local recruitment needs and helping Japanese companies to expand their business in the UK.
Today, we continue to grow further as a global recruitment company with 11 brands in 34 offices in 11 countries.

JAC Group will continue to support companies' human capital management through consulting style recruitment, and we want to be a company where all employees are happy and proud to work.
And for the next 50 years, we will continue to grow and develop further, aiming to be a business entity that can give back to the economy, society and the global environment.
