JAC Recruitment appoints Duncan Harrison as the new Managing Partner of VantagePoint
JAC Recruitment, a leading recruitment company with operations in 11 countries, has appointed Duncan Harrison as Managing Partner of its executive search brand VantagePoint effective as of 1st January 2024. VantagePoint established in Tokyo in 2012, is an executive search firm with a reputation in Japan for its expertise and track record in helping top global companies in the professional services, private equity and corporate brands sectors to strategically acquire senior management positions. The current Managing Partner of VantagePoint, Shaun Sundberg, is stepping down from his position.
Duncan Harrison has held the role of Managing Director of JAC International in Tokyo since August 2022, leading the expansion of that business into the mid to senior level recruitment market for foreign companies based in Japan. He will now take on the added responsibilities of overseeing the strategic growth of VantagePoint in both its existing Japan markets and also its latest move into the USA.
Hailing from the UK, Duncan has over 17 years of experience in the recruitment industry holding senior positions in Japan, Korea and China. “I am honoured to have been given the opportunity to lead a strong team of people at VantagePoint who are market leaders within the Executive Search space. I am looking forward to working closely with the team as we look to further expand the company’s presence in both the Japan and US markets.” He stated.
